If you have spotted the damage upon delivery, please take photos and kindly ask the driver to leave a note on their system.
Once we receive your email, we will arrange a replacement of the damaged pieces immediately.
Can I refund my order ?
Yes, to return the items of your order, please contact our customer support team within 14 days from the date that you have received your order. As long as the product(s) are in their original packaging and haven’t been put together.
Please remember to provide your order number and the reason you would like to return your order when getting in touch with our customer care team.
Please note, there is a collection fee incurred . We reserve the right to refuse returns if these conditions stated above are not met.
Is it possible to replace my set for another?
Yes, you may exchange your item for a different one, but only if the following requirements are met:
The item must be in original packaging
Item(s) must not be assembled or opened
If these conditions are not met, we are unable to offer you an option to replace your item for another.
Who is liable for the collection cost ?
In the event that the furniture arrives damaged, we will send out a replacement set or replacement pieces, however if you would like a refund, the customer is liable for the collection cost.
In the event that the furniture arrives with no damage and you would like a refund for any reason, the customer is responsible for the collection cost.

How long does it take for a refund to be processed?
Please allow up to 7 working days after the date we receive your return. Once we receive the item, we will verify that there’s no damage and process a refund.
