At Rattan Furniture Direct, We provide a 12 month manufacturers warranty with all our garden furniture. The warranty is automatically applied to your furniture and starts from the date that you receive your order.
Please keep your proof of purchase safe because it will be required to process any future claims. Our warranty covers both structural elements of the furniture (such as frames and support brackets) and any problems that arise as a result of a manufacturing defect.
The warranty will not cover any furniture that becomes defective due to improper use such as accidental damage, neglect, incorrect assembly or general wear and tear. Neither does it cover damage that occurs due to adverse weather conditions, including strong winds. Cushion covers, cushion fillings, and glass are not covered by our warranty (see below for further information).
Only the original purchaser of the products is eligible for our guarantee, which is not transferable nor valid outside of the United Kingdom. Please get in touch with our helpful customer service team via phone, live chat, email, or if you have any problems with the product(s) you bought from us.
In the event that a claim is later determined not to be the product of a manufacturing defect, Rattan Furniture Direct reserves the right to reject it. The item/piece will be fixed, replaced, or exchanged in accordance with accepted claims. During bad weather, we advise bringing the cushions from your outdoor furniture inside. Garden furniture can be protected with the rain coverings we offer.
Nevertheless, even when a cover is utilised, we still suggest storing the cushions indoors during bad weather. Please be aware that if you do not adhere to these instructions, your guarantee will not apply to any cushion damage (including mould)
