At Rattan Garden Furniture, we provide a simple and fast delivery service. All Furniture will be delivered in 3-7 working days to mainland UK. Delivery to Northern Ireland will take 7-12 working days.
Unfortunately once you place your order, we are unable to change the delivery address due to security reasons. To change the address, the order will have to be cancelled and re ordered.
As soon as we have despatched your order, our trusted courier will be in touch 24 – 48 hours prior to delivering your furniture. If you are unable to make the allocated delivery date and time slot you are able to request for the date to be changed.
Once you place your order, please allow up-to 15 minutes to receive your order confirmation via email. If you still have not received it after 15 minutes, please contact our customer support team.

Once we identify the part that your missing, we will send out the part and you will receive it within 3-5 days.
